MTV Hits is a pay television music video channel which carries current-day and contemporary pop music videos ranging from 2010 until the present day. A pan-European network owned by Paramount Networks EMEAA, the network also has wide availability throughout Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Though the network started as exclusive to western mainland of Europe, its broadcast range has expanded over time as successor companies Viacom and ViacomCBS wound down domestic versions of MTV Hits and other MTV networks due to budgetary concerns and the rise of streaming, including in the Benelux region (1 October 2017), Germany (6 January 2021), Australia (1 August 2023) and the UK & Ireland (1 August 2024). MTV's operations in Russia were wound down on 1 July 2021, including its domestic version of MTV Hits.

All versions of the network continue to feature local insertions for domestic advertising and teleshopping slots.
