Karangtengah (or Central Karang) is a district (kecamatan) of Tangerang City, Banten, Indonesia.
It is an area in Indonesia between the borders of Jakarta and Banten province and has an area of approximately 10.47 km^2.
The Jakarta–Merak Toll Road crosses this subdistrict, connecting Jakarta to Merak in the Banten Province.
Karang Tengah is on the brink of a transformative journey with the announcement of the future MRT Jakarta Phase 3, connecting Cikarang to Balaraja. This monumental project promises to usher in a new era of connectivity, convenience, and economic growth for our beloved community. MRT Jakarta Phase 3 will be built in August 2024
