The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCCAI) is an institution for international arbitration affiliated with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in Sweden. The institute is a frequent arbiter between Russian and western parties, dating back to the Cold War and Sweden's position as a neutral party between the Western and Eastern Blocs.[1]
