Cibao Department
Appearance
The Cibao department is a former French department, which existed from 1801 to 1815, located in the Spanish part of the island of Hispaniola (now the Dominican Republic), when it was under French domination. Its capital was Sant-Yago (now Santiago de los Caballeros).[1]
