Dr. Vinay Kumar[1] is an Indian politician, social worker, incumbent Member of Legislative Assembly for Sri Renukaji Assembly constituency[2] and ongoing deputy speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly and Former Chief Parliamentary Secretary of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.[3][4] He is also serving as Working president of Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee.[5]
Early life
[edit]Vinay Kumar was born in a agriculturist Koli family of Renukaji city of Himachal Pradesh to the home of Prem Singh and Vidya Devi.[6]
