George Dimitrov is a Bulgarian attorney. He is a Professor in information and communications technology (ICT) Law.
Dimitrov received his PhD from KU Leuven in Belgium,[1] and is the first person in Bulgaria to receive the academic title “Professor of Law and Information Technologies”.[1]
Dimitrov has written various law review articles and research papers.[2] He founded the Law and Internet Foundation, a Bulgarian NGO and research center in Southeastern Europe (SEE).[3]
