Gennes-Val-de-Loire (French pronunciation: [ʒɛn val lwaʁ] , literally Gennes-Valley of Loire) is a commune in the Maine-et-Loire department of western France. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 by merger the former communes of Gennes, Chênehutte-Trèves-Cunault, Grézillé, Saint-Georges-des-Sept-Voies and Le Thoureil.[3] On 1 January 2018, the former communes of Les Rosiers-sur-Loire and Saint-Martin-de-la-Place were merged into it.[4]
