Gordon Olaf Lambert (born July 5, 1945) is an American former gridiron football linebacker who played two seasons with the Denver Broncos of the American Football League (AFL).
Biography
[edit]Lambert played college football at West Virginia and Tennessee-Martin, and with the latter team was named defensive MVP of the 1967 Tangerine Bowl. Lambert was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 1968 NFL/AFL Draft.[2] He was also a member of the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL) and the Las Vegas Cowboys of the Continental Football League (COFL).[3][4]
