Mominabad

Mominabad Town (Sindhi: مومن آباد; Urdu: مومن آباد ٹاؤن) is a neighbourhood in the Orangi municipality of Karachi, Pakistan.[1] It is administered as one of the three towns of Orangi District (formerly Karachi West District, and part of the Orangi Town borough until that was disbanded in 2011).
Demographics
[edit]There are several ethnic groups in Mominabad Town including Muhajirs, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Hazarewal, Punjabis, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, and Memons. Over 99 percent of the population is Muslim.
