HD 18438 b

HD 18438 b is a massive gas giant exoplanet or brown dwarf orbiting the star HD 18438, a red giant star located 731.0664 light years (224.146 parsecs) away from planet earth.[1]
Physical characteristics
[edit]The planet is a massive planet with a mass 21 Jupiter mass and 1.08 Jupiter radii.[2]
Orbital characteristics
[edit]The planet orbits its host star at a distance of 2.1 astronomical units (AU) at a velocity of 305 meters a second taking 803 days to complete one orbit around the star. Its orbital eccentricy is 0.1.[1]
