Werewolves is an upcoming American horror thriller film directed and co-produced by Steven C. Miller and written by Matthew Kennedy. It stars Frank Grillo, Katrina Law, Ilfenesh Hadera, James Michael Cummings, and Lou Diamond Phillips.[1]
Premise
[edit]A supermoon event triggers a gene that every human being on the planet can transform into a werewolf for one specific night.

Production
[edit]In June 2022, a horror thriller film directed and co-produced by Steven C. Miller originally titled Year 2 had begun principal photography in Puerto Rico, with Matthew Kennedy writing the screenplay. Frank Grillo, Katrina Law, Ilfenesh Hadera, James Michael Cummings, and Lou Diamond Phillips rounded out the main cast.[2] In February 2024, the film had been retitled to Werewolves and that C. Miller announced the post-production had been close to completion.[3]
Release
[edit]Werewolves is scheduled to be released in the United States by Briarcliff Entertainment on December 6, 2024.[4]
