Pakdasht (Persian: پاكدشت)[a] is a city in the Central District of Pakdasht County, Tehran province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.[4]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 126,281 in 32,625 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 206,490 people in 58,257 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 236,319 people in 70,220 households.[2] Pakdasht is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of the capital Tehran.
