Nikolay Alexandrovich Smolensky (Russian: Никола́й Алекса́ндрович Смоле́нский, also written as Nikolai Smolenski), born 11 June 1980, is a Russian banker and businessman.
Nikolai studied in Austria and the United Kingdom. He has Greek and British citizenship.[2]
On 27 July 2004, Smolensky bought British carmaker TVR.[3][4][5]
In June 2013, it was confirmed that Nikolai Smolensky had sold his entire ownership of TVR to a syndicate of British businessmen led by Les Edgar, a British entrepreneur.[6]
Nikolay Smolensky is a president of the international bank "Investbank AD" (Skopje, Macedonia).[2]
He has a wife and a child.[2]
