Главный министр Аруначал-Прадеша является главой исполнительной власти индийского - штата Прадеш Аруначал . Согласно Конституции Индии , губернатор Аруначал-Прадеша является главой штата де-юре , но де-факто исполнительная власть принадлежит главному министру . После выборов в Законодательное собрание Аруначал-Прадеша губернатор обычно приглашает партию (или коалицию), имеющую большинство мест, сформировать правительство . The office of chief minister thus lies vacant, and the administration is taken over by the governor, who functions on behalf of the central government.
